At EEO Services, LLC, we bring over 90 years of combined experience in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Alternative Dispute Resolution, employment law, civil rights, reasonable accommodation, accessibility, workplace investigations, and harassment prevention. Our team has advised federal agencies, state and local governments, and private sector organizations, helping them navigate complex workplace challenges and build inclusive, compliant workplaces.
Educationally, the partners hold advanced degrees in fields such as law, educational leadership,
public administration, human resources, and management. Our academic credentials include Juris Doctorate degrees, master’s degrees in management, human resources, and public administration,
a Doctorate in educational leadership, and specialized certifications in EEO studies, mediation, conflict resolution, and workplace accessibility. This diverse educational foundation complements our extensive experience, equipping us to guide organizations in building fair, equitable, and inclusive workplaces. Furthermore, our professional foundation allows us to provide comprehensive, well-rounded support designed to provide practical, results-driven solutions which are tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Our partners have held senior leadership roles across government sectors and in private industry, with experience overseeing nationwide EEO programs, anti-harassment initiatives, accessibility services, and human capital operations. We have advised major agencies such as Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), the National Institutes of
Health (NIH), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Health Resource Services Administration (HRSA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Federal Housing
Finance Agency (FHFA), and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and more—shaping policies and programs that continue to guide organizations today.
